Nebbiolo shines the greatest in the Piedmont region in Italy. So, experience a gentle varietal that shines bright on that Great Hill (meaning of Bricco Magno).
It is ruby red in colour with garnet highlights. On the nose it has violet, rose, vanilla and cocoa aromas. In the mouth it is warm, full-bodied, velvety, rounded and long lasting, with an all encompassing, harmonious finish. Pronounced but well rounded, its woody note is due to 2 years of aging.
Food Pairing: Meat based pasta and rice and main dishes, Aged cheeses
"Sweet berry and cherry aromas with some dried-lemon and orange-peel undertones. Orange blossom, too. It’s medium-bodied with chewy tannins and a fresh finish." - James Suckling
